“This was a last-minute trip due to a family emergency, so we arrived late on Friday evening. The front desk and lobby were closed when I called to confirm the reservation but a gentleman that worked security for the hotel answered the phone and gave us all the information we needed. He was EXCELLENT! He even made sure that we were able to get our keys and information packet out of the lockbox successfully when we arrived.
